Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes for Outdoor Advertising (OOH Media) and Sanitation (Sweeping) projects across government, municipal, and private sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in tender documentation, costing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle from identification to submission
- Review tender documents and ensure compliance with all requirements
- Prepare BOQs, costing, manpower planning, and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical and financial inputs
- Monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, and municipal portals
- Ensure timely submission of tenders before deadlines
- Maintain records of submitted, awarded, and lost tenders
- Evaluate vendor quotations (materials, manpower, fabrication, etc.)
- Handle clarifications, follow-ups, and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to statutory norms (PF, ESI, labor compliance)
- Manage vendor registrations and keep profiles updated
Domain Exposure (Preferred)
Outdoor Advertising (OOH Media):
- Experience with tenders related to hoardings, billboards, bus shelters, kiosks, and public media assets
- Understanding of permissions, licensing, and municipal approvals
Sanitation / Sweeping Projects:
- Exposure to municipal sanitation tenders
- Experience in manpower planning, route planning, and operational costing
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in tendering (OOH / sanitation preferred)
- Strong understanding of government and municipal tender processes
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Good communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Language Skills
- English, Hindi, Telugu (additional languages are a plus)
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
