Job Summary
The Tracking & Tracing Executive is responsible for monitoring the movement of shipments from pickup to final delivery. The role involves maintaining continuous communication with carriers and drivers, updating shipment statuses, identifying delays, resolving transit issues, and ensuring accurate tracking information is communicated to internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit ELD logs and resolve Hours of Service (HOS) violations.
- Assist drivers with logbook corrections and 34-hour reset guidance.
- Provide support during DOT roadside inspections and scale-house violations.
- Coordinate truck breakdowns, roadside assistance, and repair services.
- Report accidents and manage third-party damage claims.
- Monitor reefer units and respond to temperature alarms.
- Track weather conditions and provide route updates.
- Conduct driver safety coaching for harsh braking, speeding, and harsh turns.
- Prepare safety communications and driver training emails.
- Track and trace loads. Monitor truck locations using GPS.
- Update load and delivery status.
- Communicate shipment updates to drivers and customers.
- Report delays and route changes.
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Proficient in using Samsara, McLeod Software, Relay, and Slack
Required Skills

- Ability to work night shifts (US Logistics operations), if required.
Technical Skills
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
- Knowledge of load boards and carrier communication platforms.
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with GPS tracking tools and shipment monitoring software.
- Basic understanding of logistics documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, tracking & tracing, or transportation operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Working Conditions
- Night shift (US Time Zone), if supporting North American operations.
- Office-based work with frequent phone and email communication.
- Fast-paced logistics environment requiring continuous monitoring.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
