About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with hands-on experience in Zoho Books to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Zoho Books
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries
- Generate and reconcile invoices, bills, and bank statements
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare GST reports and ensure timely statutory compliance
- Manage payroll entries and employee reimbursements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants when required
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in Zoho Books
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
