Position: Team Leader – Production
- Strong leadership and manpower handling skills
- Knowledge of production planning, quality, safety, and shop floor management
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Experience: 1–2 years in Production Department
Candidate should be willing to work in shifts
Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidate should have good team handling and production coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production team activities
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved
- Monitor quality standards and process compliance
- Handle manpower allocation and shift management
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
- Maintain production records and reports
- Ensure workplace discipline and safety practices
Preferred Candidate:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical, Production, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
Pay: ₹15,855.98 - ₹18,000.00 per month
