- Campaign Execution: Support the development and implementation of social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a positive and interactive community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, using insights to recommend improvements.
- Platform Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
