Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage regional sales teams to maximize performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and clients.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure alignment of regional sales goals with overall company objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in the audio/electronics industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kothamangalam , Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
