We believe in delivering exceptional craftsmanship through efficient project execution, attention to detail, and seamless coordination between design and site teams.
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Site Supervisor with 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing project sites, coordinating with designers, project managers, office staff, vendors, and clients, while ensuring quality workmanship, timely execution, and efficient labor management.
Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Requirements/ Project management or any related field
-Minimum 2+ years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or site supervision.
- Proven experience in site supervision (interior projects preferred)
- Strong knowledge of materials and construction processes
- Ability to manage site activities and coordinate with teams
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and technical drawings.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD drawings and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of site measurements, BOQs, and material estimation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project scheduling and reporting.
