Job Summary:
Ashapura Softech is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the IT Industry and exposure to international markets and clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a proven capability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities from international markets (US/UK/Europe)
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project discussions
- Maintain sales pipeline and daily reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Mandatory Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development within IT Industry only
- Experience working with international clients and markets is compulsory
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
