About the Company
Credaegis Innovative Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is a fintech company specializing in credit report analysis, credit score rectification, consultation, and dispute resolution services. We are looking for a Legal Professional / Advocate to support our organization in handling legal documentation, agreements, compliance, notices, and day-to-day legal matters.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain legal agreements, contracts, undertakings, notices, and other legal documents.
- Handle legal documentation related to employees, customers, vendors, partners, and business operations.
- Review agreements and identify potential legal risks or compliance issues.
- Assist in preparing responses to legal notices, complaints, and disputes.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and authorities whenever required.
- Support the company in matters related to employment agreements, confidentiality, non-circumvention, data protection, and other HR/legal documentation.
- Assist in ensuring company processes and documentation are aligned with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct basic legal research and provide practical inputs to management on legal matters.
- Maintain proper records of legal cases, notices, agreements, and correspondence.
- Assist with matters relating to customer disputes, payment-related issues, fraud cases, and recovery/legal proceedings when required.
- Monitor important legal/compliance deadlines and ensure timely follow-up.
- Work closely with HR, Operations, Accounts, and Management on legal requirements.
- Handle any other legal responsibilities assigned by the management.
Requirements
- LLB degree is mandatory.
- Advocate enrollment with the Bar Council is preferred.
- 3-4 years of relevant legal experience.
- Good knowledge of contract drafting and legal documentation.
- Basic understanding of employment laws, data protection, company-related legal matters, and commercial agreements.
- Strong legal research, drafting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Good command of English; Telugu proficiency is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify legal risks.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external legal professionals.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working with a company, corporate legal team, law firm, or financial services/fintech organization.
- Exposure to employment documentation, customer disputes, agreements, legal notices, and compliance matters.
- Practical understanding of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and data confidentiality requirements will be an advantage.
