- Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (Fresher)Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our sales/marketing team as a Lead Generation Executive. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in expanding the company’s client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media
- Generate leads via email campaigns, cold calling, and networking
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
- Qualify leads based on company criteria before passing them to the sales team
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest
- Assist in planning and executing lead generation strategies
- Track and report lead generation performance
Required Skills:
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal English
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Ability to research and gather data online
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Internship or project experience in sales/marketing
- Knowledge of CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Understanding of digital marketing basics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or any graduate)
- Freshers are welcome
