Overview:
The Replenishment Planner plays a critical role in ensuring product availability across channels by managing inventory levels, optimizing replenishment strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on improving service levels, especially in Organized Trade, E-commerce, and Modern Trade, while driving operational excellence. In addition, the role is responsible for end‑to‑end management of Niche & NPD projects, covering planning, launch readiness, replenishment execution and customer deliveries
Responsibilities:

Drive Order Fill Rate improvement to 95% across Organized Trade channels

Monitor weekly fill rate performance for organised trade and Identify root causes of fill rate gaps

Ensuring optimal inventory levels across warehouse to meet market and sales demand

Partner with supply planning, and Regional logistics teams to ensure seamless execution

Support production planning with insights to ensure timely product availability

Drive RP plan adherence in ISCP and Adoption across all Plants

Drive automation and digitization initiatives to streamline order management processes

Implement best practices from global PepsiCo teams and adapt them to local organised trade dynamics

Tracking and delivery of low‑volume Niche/NPD SKUs through courier and PTL models to ensure timely and cost‑effective fulfillment.
Own end‑to‑end lifecycle for niche SKUs (e.g., RRD) covering RM planning production- dispatch.

Drive Inventory Norms through ISCP and stabilize IP Compliance
Special Project:
- Establish SOPs, inventory norms and dispatch workflows for new plant Guwahati
Qualifications:
Key Skills/Experience Required.

Education: MBA (Supply Chain Management/ Operations)
- Functional Experience: Approx. 5 – 7 years of experience

Language: English, Hindi

At least 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience in a FMCG industry (preferably food industry)

Proficiency in SAP, JDA and Material Planning Software Systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
