Experience Required
1 to 3 years preferred in:
· International marketing
· Export sales
· FMCG export business
· International client handling
· Export documentation coordination

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development
· Generate international leads through online portals, LinkedIn, trade directories, email marketing, and other platforms.
· Communicate with overseas buyers through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
· Develop new export markets and identify potential distributors/importers.
· Handle inquiries from international customers and convert them into business opportunities.
· Follow up regularly with buyers for quotations, orders, and payments.
Sales & Coordination
· Prepare quotations and product offers.
· Coordinate with suppliers, factories, shipping lines, CHA, and internal team.
· Assist in price negotiation and order finalization.
· Coordinate dispatch schedules and shipment planning.
· Maintain customer relationship and ensure timely communication.
Marketing Activities
· Manage B2B portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.
· Handle international email marketing campaigns.
· Support social media and branding activities related to export business.
· Research international market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
Documentation Support
· Coordinate export documentation with the documentation department.
· Maintain records of quotations, orders, buyer communication, and shipment status.
· Basic understanding of export documents such as:
o Invoice
o Packing List
o Bill of Lading
o COO
o Phytosanitary Certificate
o Insurance
o Letter of Credit
Required Skills
· Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
· Strong email drafting skills
· Confidence in handling international buyers
· Good negotiation and follow-up skills
· Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Internet research
· Ability to work independently and under pressure
· Smart, professional, and positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
· Graduate in any stream
· English medium schooling preferred
· Experience in export/import industry preferred
· Knowledge of international trade process will be an advantage

Salary will depend on:
