We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking ITI Mechanical/Electrical freshers to join our team as Technician Trainees. The selected candidates will receive practical training in machine assembly, installation, servicing, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial machines.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh ITI pass-outs to gain hands-on experience in the machine tools industry and build a long-term technical career.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assembly and testing of industrial machines.
- Support machine installation and commissioning activities.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist senior technicians in repair and servicing work.
- Read and understand technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
- Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Prepare service and maintenance reports as required.
Eligibility
- ITI Pass in Mechanical, Electrician, Fitter, Turner, Machinist, Wireman, or related trades.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing/workshop environment.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for machine installation and service visits if required.
