Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Commis I and Commis II professionals to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, eager to learn, and capable of maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals as per established recipes and standards.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
