Job Overview
As a cinematographer at Digiengland, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and creating high-quality video content for social media, advertisements, brand campaigns, promotional videos, and other digital platforms.
We’re looking for someone who understands lighting, composition, camera movement, framing, and visual storytelling and can bring creative concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute professional video shoots for clients and in-house projects.
- Operate cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting equipment, and other production gear.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with creative, marketing, and video editing teams to execute concepts.
- Set up and manage lighting, camera angles, framing, and compositions.
- Capture high-quality footage for advertisements, reels, product videos, corporate videos, and events.
- Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into visually appealing content.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality, style, and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with current video, cinematography, and social media content trends.
- Ensure all equipment is handled professionally and maintained properly.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in cinematography, videography, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, and exposure.
- Experience shooting content for social media and digital marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless cinema cameras, lenses, gimbals, and lighting equipment.
- Good understanding of different video formats, aspect ratios, and framing for social media.
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with commercial and advertising shoots.
- Knowledge of cinematic lighting and camera movements.
- Experience shooting reels, product videos, lifestyle content, and corporate videos.
- Basic understanding of video editing and color grading.
- Familiarity with current Instagram and YouTube video trends.
- Ability to work in fast-paced creative environments.
Pay: ₹12,520.63 - ₹30,000.00 per month
