Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Delivery Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of delivery operations at Zamorin Decorate Pvt Ltd. The core responsibility of this role is to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery of products from production to customers, while managing vehicles, delivery staff, and operational challenges. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to guarantee a smooth delivery experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly delivery schedules, ensuring timely dispatch and completion.
- Take complete ownership of vehicle logistics including availability, condition, and required documentation.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery operations from production to final customer, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Confirm and validate customer quotations, product orders, and delivery details before scheduling.
- Review and validate product specification documents to guarantee correct product delivery.
- Address and resolve on-ground delivery challenges, including customer complaints, route disruptions, or operational delays.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Sales, and Finance) to align delivery schedules with business needs.
- Track and maintain all necessary delivery records and reports for operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the delivery team, ensuring professionalism and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in delivery management, logistics, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of delivery scheduling, vehicle coordination, and order documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle on-ground operational challenges effectively.

Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Pay: Negotiable (based on experience)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
