Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000 per annum CTC (approx. ₹22,000 - ₹24,000 gross monthly take-home)
- Incentives: Performance-linked sales incentives (highly lucrative based on volume metric-ton targets)
- Allowances: Actual travel and fuel expenses reimbursed separately on a weekly/monthly basis .
Job Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, field-driven Sales Executive to capture market share in West Bengal's booming industrial sectors. You will work directly on the field to sell profile sheets, polycarbonate panels, and industrial roofing screws. Your main goal is to secure orders from upcoming factories, rice mills, commercial warehouses, and local structural fabricators.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Field Visits: Visit industrial zones like Jalan Industrial Complex (Howrah), Dankuni, Kharagpur, and Durgapur to identify new sheds under construction.
- Contractor Networking: Meet on-site fabrication contractors, roofing contractors, and local civil supervisors to pitch our materials directly.
- Order Estimation: Coordinate with site supervisors to count required sheet lengths, calculating overlapping margins and screw quantities.
- Quotations & Booking: Submit price quotes quickly, negotiate with buyers on the spot, and book advance-payment or short-credit orders.
- Site Delivery & Payment: Supervise the safe unloading of long roofing sheets at the site and ensure 100% payment collection as per agreed terms.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales selling building materials, steel, roofing, hardware, or industrial goods.
- Regional Roots: Must be very familiar with local West Bengal industrial hubs and transport routes.
- Languages: Must speak fluent Bengali and Hindi to deal with local site workers, truck drivers, and site owners.
- Mandatory Asset: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and have a valid driving licence for daily field travel.
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Total square metres or metric tons of roofing sheets sold monthly.
- Number of active on-site fabricators converted into repeat buyers.
- Clean payment history with zero delayed receivables from assigned projects
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
