1. Production Management
- Supervise daily manufacturing activities as per production plan.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.
- Monitor manpower utilization and machine efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production Manager for smooth workflow.
2. GMP Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Follow and enforce company SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas.
- Ensure proper gowning and personnel practices.
3. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Ensure all production documents are completed accurately and timely.
- Record production data, downtime, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Maintain logbooks and equipment records.
4. Quality & Process Control
- Monitor critical process parameters during manufacturing.
- Ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Report deviations, non-conformities, and quality issues immediately.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) departments.
5. Team Supervision
- Supervise operators and production staff.
- Allocate work and monitor employee performance.
- Provide training on SOPs, GMP, safety, and production processes.
- Maintain discipline and productivity within the team.
6. Equipment & Maintenance
- Ensure proper operation of production equipment.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
- Report equipment breakdowns and follow up for repairs.
- Verify machine cleaning and line clearance activities.
7. Safety & EHS Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Identify workplace hazards and take corrective actions.
- Participate in safety audits and investigations.
- Promote a safe working environment.
8. Inventory & Material Control
- Verify availability of raw materials and packing materials.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Stores departments.
- Ensure proper material handling and storage practices.
9. Continuous Improvement
- Suggest process improvements to increase productivity.
- Participate in lean manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support validation, qualification, and process improvement projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
