Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager - Finance MIS & CapEx Monitoring will be responsible for preparing and managing financial MIS reports, monitoring capital expenditure budgets, and supporting treasury reporting functions including interest verification, hedging status, and MCX futures tracking. The role involves coordination with multiple departments to collect financial data, analyse variances, and provide timely management reports for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. MIS Reporting & Financial Dashboards
· Prepare periodic MIS reports covering funds position, banking exposure, and key financial metrics.
· Prepare financial dashboards, Tax dashboards, MIS reports, and analytical reports for senior management.
· Develop and maintain financial dashboards for management review.
· Ensure timely submission of MIS reports to senior management.
· Maintain accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
· Support preparation of presentations and financial analysis for management meetings.
· Provide insights based on data analysis to support strategic planning and financial decision-making.

2. CapEx Budget Monitoring
· Track capital expenditure budgets across projects and departments.
· Monitor utilisation of CapEx budgets and compare with approved budgets.
· Prepare variance analysis reports highlighting deviations from planned expenditure.
· Coordinate with internal teams to obtain updates on project progress and expenditure status.
3. Hedging / MCX Futures Monitoring & Reporting
· Monitor hedging transactions and exposure positions.
· Maintain records of hedging contracts and related financial details.
· Prepare periodic reports on hedging status and effectiveness.
· Track MCX futures positions related to commodity exposure.
· Monitor daily positions, mark-to-market values, and margin requirements.
· Prepare periodic reports for management review.
4. Rating Agency Data Coordination
· Coordinate with credit rating agencies for submission of financial data and operational information.
· Verify financial data, projections, and supporting documents before submission.
· Maintain records of rating agency submissions and communication.
· Support senior management during rating review discussions.
5. Strategic Goal Tracking
· Maintain trackers for strategic financial goals and key performance indicators.
· Analyse performance against planned targets and highlight variances.
· Provide insights to management for corrective actions.
6. Cross-Functional Data Coordination
· Collect financial and operational data from various departments for MIS preparation.
· Ensure data consistency and accuracy before reporting to management.
· Support management in consolidating financial information for strategic decision-making.
7. Interest Verification & Reporting
· Verify interest calculations related to loans, working capital facilities, and term loans.
· Track interest rates, interest payments, and related financial obligations.
· Identify discrepancies or exceptions and escalate to management.
Required Skills
Strong financial analysis and MIS preparation skills
Knowledge of treasury operations and interest calculations
Experience in CapEx monitoring and budget tracking
Strong Excel and financial reporting capabilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong coordination and communication abilities
Qualifications
CA with relevant experience.
Experience
4–7 years of experience in finance MIS, treasury reporting, financial analysis, or corporate finance roles.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
