Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend the right furniture solutions
Achieve sales targets through excellent customer engagement
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and after-sales service
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment
Generate repeat business and customer referrals
Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, retail, furniture, home décor, or a related industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
