We are looking for a skilled, hard-working individual to maintain and transform a 75-cent hilly estate in Munnar. The property has approximately 100 trees (including fruit trees), currently overgrown, and requires regular upkeep, pearl grass installation, and basic landscaping work.
Accommodation: On-site housing provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Clear and manage 75-cent hilly property
- Plant and maintain pearl grass in designated areas as per the owner’s plan
- Prune, water, and fertilise approximately 100 trees, with special care for fruit trees (mango, mangosteen, etc.)
- Carry out basic landscaping on hilly and uneven terrain
- Maintain cleanliness of pathways, garden beds, and common areas
- Monitor plant health and report issues such as pest infestations or disease
- Assist with seasonal planting and general horticultural tasks
- Co-ordinate with the Site Supervisor on day-to-day priorities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in gardening, horticulture, or estate maintenance
- Hands-on knowledge of local Kerala plant varieties and hill-terrain conditions
- Experience with grass installation (pearl grass or similar ground covers)
- Familiarity with fruit tree care including pruning, fertilising, harvesting
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors on steep or uneven ground
- Basic understanding of water management and irrigation
- Formal education in horticulture or agriculture is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
