Tutee Kaksha Academy is a leading coaching institute committed to helping students achieve excellence in competitive examinations. We are seeking passionate and result-oriented NEET Biology Faculty (Botany & Zoology) to guide and mentor aspiring medical students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom lectures for NEET Biology (Botany/Zoology).
- Teach concepts with strong focus on NCERT and NEET examination patterns.
- Prepare study materials, assignments, DPPs, question banks, and mock tests.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Track student performance and provide personalized academic guidance.
- Develop effective teaching strategies to improve student results.
- Stay updated with NEET syllabus changes, exam trends, and question patterns.
- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and execution.
Requirements
- M.Sc./M.Ed./B.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in NEET coaching (preferred).
- Strong command over NCERT Biology syllabus.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
