About the Role
We are seeking a smart, highly organized and communication-focused Utility Coordination Executive to support our EV infrastructure projects across the United States. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact with electric utility companies, coordinating utility-related requirements for EV charger installations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to professionally engage with utility representatives to obtain quotations, service requirements, and project-related information.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact electric utility companies across the United States to discuss utility service requirements for EV charger installation projects.
* Request and obtain utility quotations, estimates, and related documentation.
* Coordinate with utility representatives regarding new electrical service, service upgrades, meter installations, interconnection requirements, and project timelines.
* Follow up regularly with utility providers to ensure timely progress on open requests.
* Maintain accurate records of all communications, quotations, reference numbers, and project updates within internal systems.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and operations teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
* Ensure all communication is conducted professionally while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
* Identify and escalate project delays or utility-related issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
* Strong documentation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* 1–3 years of experience in an international voice process, outbound calling, customer service, utility coordination, or project coordination.
* Prior experience working with US-based clients or utility companies is highly preferred.
* Knowledge of electric utility processes, EV charging infrastructure, or the renewable energy industry is an added advantage.
Must have personal laptop and stable WiFi connection at home
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (IST)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
