Role: Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Project Sourcing & Structuring
- Independently identify and reach out to prospective projects; build and manage relationships with financial advisors (FAs) and other sourcing channels
- Evaluate sourced projects against return expectations (minimum 20% IRR, with a focus on maximizing returns) and other investment criteria
- Structure shortlisted projects, including in-depth research on the underlying business, sector, and risk profile
- Coordinate the legal documentation stage; review and suggest improvements to agreements in collaboration with legal counsel
Monitoring & Execution
- Establish and run project-specific checks and controls on an ongoing basis
- Use downtime between projects to proactively engage external consultants and CAs to build the deal pipeline
- Support fund disbursement and track repayments/securities through to closure
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions — forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and business plans
- Assess the financial impact of business decisions and recommend performance improvements
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
Research & Process Improvement
- Conduct macroeconomic, market, and competitor research to inform business strategy
- Develop reports on call center performance and trends
- Analyze business and operations data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as technology upgrades and process improvements
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis using Excel
- Sound knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and research skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working independently, owning project pipelines end-to-end, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Finance
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
