Role Objective
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can identify new opportunities, connect with clients, and support business growth.
This role is primarily office-based, with client meetings when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads in automotive, EV, solar, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
- Attend client meetings and build long-term relationships
- Follow up consistently and support deal closures
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain CRM and update sales reports
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years in Business Development / Sales / Client Handling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Preferred Background:
Industrial products / Automotive / Electrical / B2B sales
