Business Development Executive

Minimum Experience: 2 to 3 years in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Job Overview:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for driving the company’s growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves lead generation, client communication, and closing sales in Healthcare such as hospitals, clinics, surgeons, diagnostics, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation: Convert leads into paying clients and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Client Communication: Manage inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn), with a daily target of client engagements and new meetings.
- Follow-Up & Closure: Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and maintain a smooth sales closure process.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain updated CRM records, track daily activities, and generate sales performance reports.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, finance and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Relevant sales experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Salary (CTC):
- ₹3,60,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum (based on experience and performance).
