We are looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as an Autism & ABA Documentation & Compliance Reviewer. This role focuses on reviewing clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ABA standards, maintaining documentation quality, and coordinating with clinical teams to support accurate service delivery.
This is a detail-oriented, process-driven position best suited for professionals who enjoy structured work, quality assurance, documentation review, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with ABA standards.
- Identify documentation gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information and coordinate with clinical staff for timely corrections.
- Support accurate billing by resolving documentation-related issues.
- Prepare weekly reports, documentation audits, and performance insights for leadership.
- Act as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams.
- Monitor documentation trends and recommend process improvements.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and internal compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to clinical documentation guidelines across multiple centers.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling sensitive patient information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve documentation workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Required).
- Master's degree in Psychology (Preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Clinical Psychology, ABA Therapy, Behavioral Health, or Clinical Documentation.
- Experience in documentation review, quality assurance, or compliance is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-oriented environment.

- Shift: US Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Work Mode: In-office (Sector 74, Mohali, Punjab)
