Your Key Responsibilities
Ensures overall recruitment objectives are met by constantly analyzing recruitment policy and processes.
Recruit and evaluate candidates based on the company’s requirements.
Constantly coordinate with the hiring team to ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with their requirements.
Ensure company’s target recruitment turnaround time is met by proposing new and effective recruitment platforms, policy and processes.
We are looking for
Individuals who are highly motivated with minimum 2 years of experience in the same role.
Individuals who have good understanding of the following:
Boolean Searches; and
Microsoft. Net profiles/requirement.
Individuals with ability to demonstrate good poaching, networking and body shopping skills.
Individuals with good administrative, analytical, planning and implementation skills
Individuals must be fluent in English and possess good English writing skills
