Production - Manager
Strong Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aluminum door manufacturing processes, machinery, and production techniques.
● Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands, ensuring optimum utilization of resources and timely delivery of orders.
● Operational Efficiency: Streamline production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective measures
● to improve productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
● Quality Control: Establish and enforce quality standards, conduct regular inspections, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.
● Cost Management: Monitor production costs, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or safety.
● Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components,
● maintain good supplier relationships, and optimize inventory levels.
● Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production reports, analyze key performance indicators, and provide regular
● updates to management on production performance, issues, and opportunities.
