Key Responsibilities
1. Concept & Design Development
- Develop initial design ideas based on client requirements, site conditions, and regulations
- Prepare:
- Concept sketches
- Mood boards
- Massing models
- 3D visualizations
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure designs align with project vision, budget, and timeline
2. Schematic & Detailed Design
- Translate concepts into detailed architectural drawings
- Prepare:
- Floor plans
- Elevations
- Sections
- Coordinate with:
- Structural consultants
- MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
3. GFC (Good For Construction) Drawings
- Produce precise, construction-ready drawings including:
- Detailed working drawings
- Material specifications
- Joinery details
- Finishing details
- Ensure drawings are:
- Accurate
- Well-coordinated across disciplines
- Ready for site execution
4. Coordination & Site Support
- Work closely with contractors and site engineers
- Clarify drawings and resolve on-site issues
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches intent
- Review shop drawings and vendor submissions
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain drawing sets and revision records
- Ensure adherence to:
- Local authority norms
- Safety standards
- Environmental guidelines
Assist in approvals and statutory submissions
Required Skills
Design Skills
- Strong conceptual thinking and creativity
- Good understanding of space planning and aesthetics

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit / BIM
- SketchUp / Rhino
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
