Recruiter – IT Staffing / Consultancy
Location: Noida

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with experience in consultancy/staffing hiring. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in closing positions and managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple open positions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and non-technical requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain strong candidate pipeline and database
- Work closely with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures
- Manage job postings on various job portals
Required Skills:
- 1+ year of recruitment experience in consultancy/staffing industry
- Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills
- Proven experience in closing positions within timelines
- Experience working on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Preferred:
- Immediate joiners or short notice candidates preferred
- Experience in IT hiring will be an added advantage
