Fiserv is seeking an experienced .NET Developer to contribute to the design and development of a dashboard application that will leverage machine learning to predict future cash flow for small and medium businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development with and a passion for building high-quality, scalable web applications.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the backend of a full stack web application in Azure public cloud using .NET

Work closely with teammates building the UI with React and using Python for the machine learning component.

Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while adhering to Fiserv’s coding standards and best practices.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and reliability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure the application’s quality

Take end to end ownership of the technical solution

Review and contribute to technical architecture with software & data architects to use the correct design patterns for the job and ensure the application is scalable and highly available

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies, including Web API.

Solid understanding of SQL and database design and management.

Familiarity with REST API fundamentals.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Good understanding of software development principles and design patterns.

Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Nice to Have:

Extensive experience with Azure cloud.
