We're looking for a detail-oriented Proposal & Bidding Engineer to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals for customers in the Oil & Gas and process industries. You'll review RFQs, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, develop cost estimates, and ensure timely submission of accurate, customer-focused proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in proposal engineering, bidding, or estimation.
- Strong understanding of P&IDs, BOM preparation, and ASME codes and standards.
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas process packages and customer RFQ requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Work on large-scale industrial and EPC projects across diverse industries.
