Qualification: MBA (Finance)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Affordability, Consumer Finance, Smartphone Finance, or Consumer Durable Finance industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Affordability Planning & Management
· Develop and execute monthly affordability schemes aligned with business objectives.
· Monitor and analyze scheme performance to ensure optimal customer conversion and sales growth.
· Conduct monthly scheme cost and effectiveness analysis to maintain and improve High-Contribution Products (HCP).
2. Market & Competition Analysis
· Track and compare Vivo affordability schemes with competitor brands.
· Monitor competitor pricing, price drops, offers, and financing services.
· Provide actionable market insights and recommendations to improve competitiveness.
3. Partner & Retail Network Management
· Manage relationships with finance partners and facilitate new retailer onboarding.
· Conduct regular meetings with finance partners, including LCP and HCP partners, to review performance and address operational challenges.
· Ensure smooth implementation of affordability programs across retail channels.
4. Customer Offer & Service Management
· Plan, track, and review customer offers, financing options, and service programs.
· Identify and resolve market affordability-related issues to improve customer experience and sales conversion.
· Support the development of customer-centric affordability solutions.
5. Coordination & Reporting
· Coordinate with HQ and regional teams regarding affordability initiatives, approvals, and program execution.
· Prepare monthly performance reports, scheme analysis, and business reviews.
· Ensure completion and tracking of Customer Retail Journey and V-Connect sessions on a monthly basis.
6. Performance Monitoring
· Analyze affordability program ROI and partner performance.
· Track customer engagement and scheme utilization trends.
· Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and market penetration.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
