- Site Management
- Supervise on-site civil, electrical, and structural activities.
- Coordinate installation of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and transmission systems.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Technical Coordination
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and O&M teams.
- Ensure quality standards for EPC projects.
- Client & Government Coordination
- Handle communication with clients, DISCOMs, government departments, and consultants.
- Support approvals, net metering, and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in project review meetings and reporting.
- Budget & Procurement Control
- Monitor material procurement and inventory.
- Control project costs and avoid delays due to material shortages.
