Position: ERP & Software Implementation Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized ERP & Software Implementation Coordinator to manage ERP/software implementation projects and coordinate with software vendors and internal departments. The role focuses on implementation, business process coordination, user support, and project execution rather than advanced IT infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end ERP/Software implementation projects.
Liaise with software vendors and internal stakeholders.
Gather business requirements and communicate them effectively.
Track implementation progress and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
Follow up on software customization and enhancements.
Manage ERP user creation, access rights, and basic configurations.
Prepare SOPs, user manuals, and implementation documentation.
Conduct basic user training and provide post-implementation support.
Ensure smooth adoption of ERP across all departments.
Eligibility
Graduate in BCA, IT, Computer Science, Commerce, BBA, or any relevant discipline.
2–5 years of experience in ERP Coordination, Software Implementation, Project Coordination, or Business Process Support.
Good understanding of ERP workflows and business operations.
Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering industry will be an added advantage.
