We're Hiring: Engineering Manager | Hyderabad (On-site)
Are you passionate about building AI-powered SaaS products and leading high-performing engineering teams? We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad and drive the development of next-generation Generative AI solutions for Enterprise Finance.
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 6–10 full-stack engineers.
Drive end-to-end product delivery for cloud-native SaaS applications.
Collaborate with Product, AI/ML, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Champion engineering best practices, CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and code quality.
Ensure scalable, secure, and highly available AWS-based applications.
Hire, coach, and develop top engineering talent.
Communicate technical strategy, project status, and risks to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
2+ years of engineering management experience in SaaS/B2B products.
Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and Python.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI/ML-powered applications.
Strong knowledge of AWS, Microservices, System Design, RDBMS/NoSQL, and Cloud Architecture.
Experience leading distributed engineering teams and Agile product delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience in FinTech or Financial Services.
Knowledge of enterprise integrations (SSO, Email, etc.) and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
Experience scaling engineering teams in startup or high-growth environments.
