About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, pantry, and facility management.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, maintenance, and service contracts.
- Maintain inventory of office assets, stationery, pantry items, and other administrative supplies.
- Process purchase requests, obtain quotations, and coordinate procurement activities.
- Maintain records of invoices, bills, AMC agreements, and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
- Support onboarding activities by arranging employee workstations, ID cards, access cards, and office assets.
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and coordinate timely servicing when required.
- Monitor office expenses and maintain administrative budgets and reports.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, meetings, and company events.
- Handle courier management, document filing, and office correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with office safety standards and company administrative policies.
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks as and when required.
Required Skills

- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Facilities, or Office Management.
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, and office administration will be preferred.
