We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager for our Beauty Academy. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations along with actively contributing to sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the academy efficiently
- Handle student inquiries, admissions, and counseling
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets for courses and services
- Coordinate with trainers and ensure smooth batch scheduling
- Maintain records, reports, and overall branch performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Support marketing activities and local promotions
- Handle team coordination and basic administrative tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in operations and/or sales (preferably in education, salon, or beauty industry)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
- Good organizational and team management abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
