We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to assist clients with visa applications and immigration-related services. The ideal candidate will guide applicants through the visa process, provide accurate information on documentation requirements, and ensure a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding visa options, eligibility requirements, and application procedures.
- Assess client profiles and recommend suitable visa pathways.
- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application documents.
- Ensure all applications are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.
- Keep up to date with immigration laws, visa regulations, and policy changes.
- Maintain client records and application status updates.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, educational institutions, and other relevant authorities when required.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide application updates.
- Achieve assigned counseling and conversion targets while maintaining high service standards.
