- Receive customers at the service reception and understand vehicle issues.
- Explain service procedures, repairs, costs, and timelines clearly.
- Prepare job cards with accurate customer complaints and service details.
- Obtain customer approval for repairs and additional work.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnosis and repair.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of jobs & Inform customers about service status and delays, if any.
- Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery. Prepare service estimates and final bills.
- Ensure warranty, AMC, insurance, and free service claims are processed correctly.
- Maintain proper service records and job card documentation.
- Ensure proper vehicle delivery and explain work done.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
- Follow up with customers post-service for feedback.
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
- Promote value-added services, accessories, and service packages As per Company Policy
- Achieve service revenue and productivity targets.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
