Job Summary:
Manbhum Constructions is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead villa sales for our project located in Kompally. The candidate will be responsible for driving monthly sales targets, managing the sales team, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive villa sales for the Kompally project and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Close a minimum of 4 villa sales per month.
- Manage and guide the sales team including telecallers and sales executives.
- Maintain and track sales pipelines, leads, and client follow-ups effectively.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and channel partners.
- Develop strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and deal closures within timelines.
- Provide sales reports and performance updates to management.
Candidate Requirements:
- 7–9 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in villa sales.
- Must have excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency.
- Should maintain a professional appearance and presentation.
- Strong network, market exposure, and client connections in the real estate sector.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Highly accountable, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
