Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to deliver an excellent shopping experience while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, manage merchandise, and maintain store standards to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the store manager.
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and arranging new merchandise.
- Ensure the store is clean, attractive, and compliant with visual merchandising standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Support promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and in-store marketing activities.
