Job Description
We are seeking a B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing institutional and corporate clients for our stock market broking services. The candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships, onboarding partners, and increasing trading volumes while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard B2B clients such as sub-brokers, authorized persons, wealth managers, HNIs, and corporate clients
- Promote company’s broking, demat, trading, and investment products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and institutional clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for client acquisition and revenue
- Conduct business meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, and research teams for smooth onboarding
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE, BSE, and exchange regulations
- Track market competition and provide feedback to management
Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in stock broking / financial services)
- Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, commodities, and capital markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling sub-broker / channel partner sales
- Existing network in financial markets (added advantage)
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
