Entry Experts is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
You will be responsible for handling wedding-related enquiries, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable services, and maintaining consistent follow-ups throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand the client's wedding date, venue, requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain Entry Experts' services and recommend suitable options based on client needs.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build strong and professional relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution and client handover.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Identify opportunities to generate repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Events, Hospitality, Wedding Industry, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with good understanding of client needs.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Comfortable communicating with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Experience in the wedding or event industry will be preferred.
