We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team.
Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Location: Naraina Vihar (Delhi)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining status.
- Maintain candidate and recruitment records.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation.
- Support the HR team in daily HR activities.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
