Job Description
We are hiring for a global digital transformation solutions company, and is part of a team delivering technology solutions for a client project. The successful candidate will work closely with client delivery teams and client stakeholders to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL-based databases
- Strong experience building high-performance REST APIs
- Experience with messaging, queues, and WebSocket-based communication
- Must have experience in Capital market.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs
- Strong knowledge of server-side architecture, performance, security, and maintainability
- Experience working with relational databases
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working across on-premises and cloud environments
- Strong troubleshooting and production support skills, including root-cause analysis
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies
- Proven ability to mentor and guide developers
- Experience in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience leading backend development across multiple projects
- Exposure to backend architecture evolution and evaluation of new technologies
- Strong inclination toward modern DevOps practices and collaboration
- Ability to drive technical excellence and code quality standards
Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
