Key Responsibilities Safety Management
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national EHS regulations.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases and implement corrective actions.
- Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety practices.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, fire drills, and evacuation procedures.
Environmental Management
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
- Monitor waste management, pollution control, emissions, and environmental performance.
- Coordinate environmental audits and inspections.
- Develop initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve sustainability.
- Maintain environmental records and statutory reports.
Health Management
- Promote occupational health and employee wellness programs.
- Ensure workplace hygiene and health standards are maintained.
- Coordinate periodic medical examinations and health surveillance activities.
- Monitor exposure to occupational hazards and implement preventive measures.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and statutory documents.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies during inspections.
- Prepare monthly EHS reports and KPI dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Team Management
- Lead and supervise EHS officers and safety personnel.
- Provide guidance and support to departments on EHS matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to EHS performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related field.
- Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 is an advantage.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in EHS management in manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, mining, power, or industrial projects.
- Experience in handling statutory compliance, audits, and safety management systems.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
