Role Overview
We're looking for a creative all-rounder who can both design and edit video — someone who can take a fitness/bodybuilding transformation story, a course promo, or an Instagram reel from raw idea to finished, publish-ready asset. You'll shape how Team Boss Fitness Academy looks and sounds across social media, ads, and our website, and you'll have real ownership over the creative direction, not just execution.
Key Responsibilities
Concept & Strategy
- Generate creative concepts for campaigns, reels, and promotions based on business goals and audience insights
- Storyboard and script short-form video ideas (Reels/Shorts) as well as static campaigns
- Stay on top of fitness-industry content trends and translate them into ideas that fit our brand
Graphic Design
- Design logos, layouts, typography, and marketing collateral — flyers, brochures, social posts, banners
- Build brand-consistent visual assets for web, social media, and print
Video Editing
- Edit promotional videos, course trailers, testimonial/transformation videos, and social reels
- Handle cutting, pacing, color grading, sound design/sync, and motion graphics/text overlays
- Repurpose long-form footage (seminars, gym sessions, interviews) into short-form social content
- Manage raw footage organization, versioning, and export formats for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, website)
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with the marketing team to align every design/video with brand identity and campaign goals
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end — concept, execution, revisions, final delivery — against deadlines and budget
- Incorporate feedback quickly and professionally
- Submit monthly reports summarizing output, campaign creatives delivered, and performance notes
Experience & Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency, marketing, fitness, or education industry background preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Film/Media, or related field preferred
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
Technical Skills
- Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Video: Adobe Premiere Pro (required); After Effects for motion graphics is a strong plus
- Comfortable editing for vertical/short-form (Reels, Shorts) as well as long-form
- Working knowledge of basic color grading and audio sync
Must-Have Skills
- Strong storytelling instinct — can turn a raw idea or footage into something that actually stops the scroll
- Solid grounding in design principles: typography, color theory, layout, composition
- Clear communicator — can explain a creative choice to non-designers
- Manages multiple deadlines without dropping quality
- High attention to detail and consistency with brand standards
- Resourceful problem-solver when a shoot or asset doesn't go as planned
- Team player, comfortable taking and giving feedback
