Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Manager will manage marketing workflows, coordinate campaigns, and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. The role involves performance tracking, client coordination, documentation management, and improving operational efficiency while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize marketing operations, workflows, and internal processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, marketing metrics, and ROI.
- Handle client coordination and ensure smooth communication for campaign execution.
- Manage lead tracking, reporting, and marketing databases/CRM systems.
- Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, article reports, and performance insights.
- Maintain proper documentation related to campaigns, agreements, and processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to marketing operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and conversion rates.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and campaign management.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Good analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Strong project management, coordination, and organizational abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
